Here you will find all the information about our shipments, exchanges and returns.

Shipments to Colombia

Shipments in Colombia are made through the carrier Coordinadora, Deprisa or Servientrega.

At Liz de la Cruz, we want you to enjoy our creations no matter where you are. Standard shipping costs apply for deliveries within Colombia, but we offer free shipping on purchases that meet the minimum amount. Connect with nature and beauty, and let us take care of bringing it to your door. These costs will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping takes between 2 and 5 business days for major cities and up to 11 business days for other destinations such as remote or hard-to-reach towns, villages, or hamlets. These times may vary during promotional events and/or special dates and may be extended. Occasionally, the timeframe established in this section may be extended due to events beyond the control of LIZ DE LA CRUZ. This extension will not exceed the 30 days granted by the Consumer Protection Act as the maximum timeframe for national deliveries. If this timeframe is exceeded, the legal consequences will apply, and you will have the right to request a refund due to the cancellation of the purchase. Most orders are shipped the same day they are processed; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. LIZ DE LA CRUZ is not responsible for delays caused by the logistics company.

International Shipping

At Liz de la Cruz, your connection with nature transcends borders. We offer international shipping via FedEx or DHL standard service, with the estimated cost based on your location. Please note that any additional customs fees or taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We invite you to take a piece of Colombia with you, no matter where in the world you are.

Shipping takes between 6 and 8 business days depending on the country. LIZ DE LA CRUZ is not responsible for delays caused by the logistics company or force majeure.

Repairs

All repairs must be sent to any of our stores in Bogotá, accompanied by the original purchase invoice or gift certificate. Shipping costs will be charged, and repairs take 30 to 45 business days.

Returns and refunds

Changes

Exchange requests are accepted for items returned unused and in perfect condition within 15 days of the purchase date shown on the invoice. The order number and order confirmation email must be presented. Returns can be made directly to our stores; however, if the return is from another city or country, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customized, modified, pre-ordered, or sale items are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the items have verifiable factory defects. In such cases, they must be returned unused and in perfect condition within 15 days of the purchase date shown on the invoice.

  • Products purchased through authorized distributors must adhere to the warranty policies of that distributor.
  • Products must be returned new, in their original condition, with all tags attached, unused, and with their packaging in perfect condition. Merchandise returned without meeting these requirements will not be accepted and the warranty will be void.
  • If there are modifications to the design and/or characteristics of the original garment, the right to claim under the warranty will be lost.
  • Size changes can be made to unused products that retain their original tags and packaging.
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new one subject to stock availability.
  • The cost of shipping changes to LIZ DE LA CRUZ's headquarters will be borne by the customer.
  • Garments damaged by cutting or removing labels are not covered by the warranty because it is considered misuse and improper care.
  • Discounted products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any exchange is subject to LIZ DE LA CRUZ's inventory availability. If the same item is not available at the time of the exchange, the customer must choose one of equal or greater value and pay the difference. If the chosen item is of lesser value, no refund will be issued, and a credit will be given to the customer.
  • Under no circumstances will a refund be issued. The credit in favor of the customer will be valid for 3 months from the date the return is approved.
  • No exchanges or returns are accepted for used, stained, faded, and/or torn items. If the customer finds any such problems upon delivery, they must notify LIZ DE LA CRUZ immediately. Otherwise, no exchanges or returns will be accepted, and the warranty will not apply.
  • LIZ DE LA CRUZ products are delicate garments and as such, the care instructions on the packaging must be followed.

Refund | Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal will only apply to online sales and the maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days counted from the delivery of the PRODUCT, and the money will be refunded to the customer within a maximum term of fifteen (15) business days provided that the following requirements are met.

According to Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) , you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 5 business days after delivery .

To apply:

  • The jewelry must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We will issue a refund within a maximum of 30 calendar days after receiving and verifying the jewelry.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify LIZ DE LA CRUZ by email at alizdelacruz.joyas@gmail.com of their decision within the established timeframe. Once LIZ DE LA CRUZ receives the product in the same condition in which it was sent, a refund will be issued. Shipping costs related to the right of withdrawal will be the responsibility of the customer.
